We make every effort to display our products, fabrics, colours, and embroidery details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to photography lighting, screen/display settings, or the handcrafted and dyed nature of certain fabrics. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Embroidery, prints, and embellishments are applied by hand or by batch production in some styles; minor variation between the product shown online and the product delivered is normal and expected for ethnic wear of this kind.
Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. We do not currently offer made-to-measure, alteration, or customisation services — all products are sold in standard, pre-defined sizes only.
We are not responsible for size or fit issues arising from a customer's failure to refer to the size guide; however, such cases remain eligible for exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed separately at checkout before payment is made.
In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) in cases of: suspected fraud or unauthorised activity; pricing or listing errors; inability to verify payment; unavailability of stock; or violation of these Terms.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods made available at checkout through our third-party payment gateway partners.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and pin codes, subject to a maximum order value of ₹1999 and any COD handling fee displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to withdraw COD as a payment option for any order or customer at our discretion, including in cases of repeated refusal of COD orders.
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure transaction security, we are not liable for any unauthorised access, breach, or fraud occurring on the payment gateway's platform, which is governed by that provider's own terms and security protocols.
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account, please allow 7 business days for the amount to be automatically reversed by your bank, or contact us with your transaction reference number for assistance.
